HOW DO I RESERVE MY RENTAL?

Complete the Photo Booth Inquiry form under the "Book a Booth" tab and we will contact you within 24 hours. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations can be made 14 days prior to your event. If a cancellation is less than 14 days of the event date, your entire booking cost will not be refunded.

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?

A $200 non refundable retainer fee is due at the time of booking.  All unpaid balances are due 14 days prior to event date.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes! We are licensed and insured up to $1,000,000 and can provide a copy for your venue. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET-UP?

 Our dedicated team ensures a seamless experience by arriving 1.5-2 hours before your scheduled rental time. This allows us ample time to meticulously set up the entire photo booth, including backdrops, props, lighting, and more.

WILL SOMEONE STAY WITH THE BOOTH AT MY EVENT?

Yes, a member of our team will be there every step of the way.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

We recommend that you book as soon as possible to ensure your date of choice is reserved.

DOES THE BOOTH REQUIRE POWER?

Yes, our booth requires 110-120 volts of power from a 3-prong outlet. We simply require the booth to be within 6ft of a reliable power source.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE A MESSAGE OR LOGO FOR MY EVENT?

You sure can! Any updates or revisions must be submitted to us 30 days prior to your event date.

HOW MUCH SPACE IS REQUIRED FOR THE PHOTOBOOTH SETUP?

We require a minimum of 10x10 square feet for our open air booth and a minimum of 12x12 for our 360 photo booth setups.

CAN YOU SETUP OUTDOORS?

Yes we can set up outdoors. We require a covering and or tent to protect our equipment from direct sunlight.

CAN I USE MY OWN BACKDROP?

You are welcome to utilize your own backdrop, but we kindly request that you have it setup completely prior to our arrival time. Please note that Creative Lens will not be held responsible for any damages or lack there of, associated with your backdrop if you choose to provide your own.

DO YOU OFFER SERVICES OUTSIDE OF THE MIDSOUTH AREA?

Yes we service the Mid-South surrounding areas up to 30 miles (Crittenden, Shelby,& Desoto Counties). There will be an additional travel fee for anything over 30 miles. Please send us an email at info@creativelensphotobooth.com with your location and we can provide you with a custom quote.
